Shield TSCM operates a clear and transparent pricing structure based on the time, personnel and technical resources required to conduct a professional technical surveillance countermeasures survey.
All assignments are individually scoped according to the size, complexity and operational requirements of the environment.
STANDARD UK DAY RATES
Solo TSCM Examiner
£3,000–£4,000 per day
A professional TSCM examiner equipped with specialist technical surveillance detection equipment.
Minimum deployment: One full day
Two-Person TSCM Team
£3,375-£4,500 per day
A two-person technical team suitable for larger premises, complex environments, higher-risk assignments or situations where the survey needs to be completed within a restricted timeframe.
Minimum deployment: One full day
HOW SURVEY TIME IS CALCULATED
The duration of a TSCM survey depends upon the size and complexity of the environment. Before deployment, Shield TSCM assesses the assignment and provides an estimated survey duration and agreed cost.
Factors that can influence the time required include:

ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Travel & Accommodation
Charged at cost
Where travel or overnight accommodation is required, reasonable expenses are charged to the client at cost. For international assignments, operational expenses are agreed prior to deployment wherever possible.
Out-of-Hours Operations
Approximately +25%
Assignments requiring work outside standard operating hours may be subject to an additional charge. This may include overnight, weekend or other operationally restricted deployments.

A concise written report providing a professional summary of the survey, principal findings, observations and relevant recommendations.
Full Evidential Report
£1,500–£2,500
A comprehensive technical report providing greater detail regarding methodology, areas examined, technical findings, observations and supporting information. Appropriate where enhanced documentation is required.

Shield TSCM believes clients should have a clear understanding of the likely cost of a professional technical surveillance survey from the outset. Published rates provide an indication of the investment required, while the final cost is determined by the size, complexity and operational requirements of the assignment.
Before deployment, the scope of work, anticipated duration and applicable charges are agreed with the client.
IMPORTANT
Published prices are indicative and subject to final confirmation following assessment of the assignment. Complex, international or specialist deployments may require a bespoke quotation. Travel, accommodation and other agreed operational expenses are charged separately where applicable.
